The Company has an elected Board of seven Directors, one being voted as Chairman by the rest of the Board. All Board members are full-time residents and shareholders living on the estate. They are volunteers, unpaid, and undertake to serve three years in the post, after which they can offer themselves for a further one year or make way for a new applicant.

Aldwick Bay Estate Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinator contact details are included in The Estate Welcome Pack or can be requested via email:
Neighbourhood Watch is the single largest voluntary organisation in the country. It is based around the idea of an active, caring community working in partnership with the police and other agencies to make their neighbourhood safer. The main aims are to prevent crime and reduce the fear of crime.
Crimestoppers is a good source to find out which organisations can help with many issues including emergencies, scams, and victim support via the link.
Police: Call 101 for non-emergencies and 999 in an emergency.
The Estate has two main entrances – one at A’Beckett’s end of the Estate on Nyetimber Road. This has electric gates which are activated by a Zapper or a telephone number.
The Gate Zappers cost £37 each, which is the amount the Company pays for them. Alternatively, you can log your telephone number and this will activate the gates.
For both of the above, please contact the Estate Office in Barrack Lane or via email: [email protected]
The second entrance is at the Barrack Lane end of the Estate and this is open all the time.
